HMO – Houses in Multiple Occupation (Also known as House share)
During 2018 HMO legislation is changing. This means your home will need an HMO licence if at least 3 tenants live there, forming 1 household and share toilet, bathroom or kitchen facilities.

- Administration and completion of HMO licences with local authorities

- Organisation of electrical, gas and fire safety tests
- Advice on works required, compliance with amenity, space and fire regulations
HMO MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- Monthly Property inspections
- Suitable waste management
- Ensuring fire escape routes are kept clear
- Organise safety certificates including gas, electrical, fire and lighting
- Organise fire risk assessments and fire alarm testing
- Ensuring the property is kept in good repair to comply with HHSRS
- Maintenance/upgrade work and cleaning and gardening
- On time rent collection
- Serving of legal notices
- Utilities management
- Liaise with local environmental health officer
